2017 has seen BRYNN come into its own. The five piece Alternative/Folk Rock act (featuring Jules Terea (NZ) on Vocals, David Van Vuuren (Frontman of Southern Wild) on lead guitar and backing vocals, Hezron Chetty on Violin, Alex Smillie (Southern Wild) on Bass and Eddy Kriel on Drums) is taking the local music scene by storm. On the 26th of February, BRYNN is performing at Shimmy Beach Club for the charity event “Tutu Fest” alongside Alice Pheobe Lou, Majozi, Goodluck and The Kiffness.
Their debut album is being recorded at Popsicle Studios in Woodstock, the album is set to be released in early May, after which the band will tour the country extensively with brother bands Southern Wild and Hezron Chetty. The band is also planning a tour to Australia and New Zealand in 2018 and hopefully a tour of the United States in the near future.
