Jon Green for one night only…

OK, so I know we are slightly biased on this one. But anyone who has seen our immensely talented brother-in-law, Jon (brother of Dan Green from Me & Mr Brown) perform, will whole heartedly agree – he is an amazing artist. He’s flying into Noordhoek for 5 days to meet his new little niece & we are going to sneak in one intimate night of music. Thursday 20th of August. His previous shows at cafe Roux have all been sell outs & total goose bump stuff. To read more about Jon & watch a video….keep reading….

The Bonfires is, JON GREEN (have a look –http://tinyurl.com/p9koes9). Born and raised in London, now splitting his time equally between the UK and Nashville, he has been establishing himself over the past few years as a rising talent in the songwriting world. Most recently, UK work includes writing and producing with James Bay, Robbie Williams, James Morrison and the very hotly tipped, New Jersey based, Tor Miller. Add to that list, new acts such as Frances, Aquilo and Seafret to name but a few. Across the pond in Nashville and LA Jon works regularly with season winners of American Idol and The US Voice, pop group Five Seconds of Summer along with many other top artists and writers in both the Country and Pop genres such as David Hodges, Lucie Silvas, Busbee, Gordie Sampson, Jeremy Spillman, Laura Velz & Dave Barnes. In addition to tunes written with and for other artists, The Bonfires’ songs are a collection of tunes he has kept back for himself. A mix of Springsteen and Coldplay.. about going with your heart, love and chasing down a dream. An Ep is due for release September 2015.
