Award winning Australian alt folk guitarist, Guyy, has just arrived in SA, accompanied by violinist extraordinaire, Amelia Gibsonzu, as part of the Guyy + The Fox United Tour .

Nominated for several awards including 2 ARIA’s, (Best Independent Release, Best Blues & Roots Artist) Guyy was crowned Australian Nation Busking Champion 2013 & won the 2013 ACT Best Blues, Roots & World artist. He plays tribute to Pink Floyd ingenuity with a personal taste for Australian roots & folk & uses his music as a creative vehicle for connecting with people which he has a remarkable talent for.

Hinds brothers (Thurs 2nd Oct) R60

Durban based brother duo Aden & Wren Hinds AKA The Hinds Brothers will perform live at café Roux. In Feb this year they released their full length debut album ‘Ocean of Milk’ to much critical acclaim, including a 4 star review in the Rolling Stone as well as a 5 star review in Audio & Video. The brothers have just returned from their performance at Oppikoppi 2014 as well as two double bill shows with US artist Willy Mason. Amazing harmonies accompany some beautiful song writing.
