Jason has recently performed on the SABC3 Expresso Morning Show.Born in East London, Jason Gladwin is 23 year old musician who has started to make waves in the South African music industry.
Jason plays a wide variety of instruments from drums, guitars, ukelele, piano and more but is locally renowned for his casual acoustic flair when it come to his guitar playing. His approach to music is one which cannot be ignored, a self taught musician whose vibes can simply ignite the atmosphere wherever he plays.
He was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to play alongside leading South African bands and artists, such as The Parlotones, Al Bairre, Jeremy Loops, The Plastics, Matthew Mole, Majozi, Crash Car Burn, Prime Circle, Dance You’re On Fire, Dan Patlansky and many more. He has also headlined the Wild Kei Fest in the Eastern Cape. As well as played festivals as far wide as Mpumalanga (Mielie Pop)
He has built up a strong and loyal following across the country and is enjoying massive success online with over 300 000 plays on soundcloud alone. Additional 100 000 views on YouTube.
Jason has recently signed a management deal, and with his management team will be looking to play at a variety of venues and festivals across the country.
