“Spurred on by a hunger for success, Sivuyile “Siv” Ngesi is one of SA’s most dynamic actors and comedians in the South African entertainment scene, and with good reason.

He immersed in several different spheres of the performing arts at one time, showcasing his talents across a number of platforms. He was  voted Mail & Guardian’s most influential young South African. Age 9, Siv toured Asia with Les Miserables in the coveted role of Gavroshe. Since then landing  roles in films such as World Unseen, Zeenon Z3 , Schweitzer , Invictus and Long Walk To Freedom. In 2014 Siv captivated audiences with his smile and dance moves in the 7th Season of Strictly Come Dancing. Siv’s theatre experience includes top class productions such as Sizwe Banzi is Dead, The Island , Butlers and Brandy and more recently his stand-up comedy show Dekaf, and the very controversial Race Card that was sold out on it’s national tour.  Siv performs to expats all around the world and with his very South African flavour of humour , he makes many want to book a ticket back home to SA .

Tracy Klass has been performing stand-up comedy since her arrival in Cape Town in 1999. She is known for her ‘growing up disgracefully’ stance on life and being dragged towards middle age – kicking and screaming rather than floating gracefully on a cloud of Clarins and botox. She also gives a unique take on those issues women hold very dear; children, weight, ageing and food.

The 27 year old UCT graduate, who hails from the squirrel and mole friendly suburb of Retreat, has managed to capture audiences with his clean cut energetic brand of comedy. From recording his first DVD Special of his debut one man show “I Came, I Taught, I Left”, to being featured on Comedy Central and performing at sold out runs at the Baxter Theatre as well as National Arts Festival, Dalin Oliver is fast becoming a familiar face on the South African comedy scene.

Capetonian one–liner comedian, Yaaseen Barnes, first made a splash as the winner of the Joker’s Comedy Championship in 2013. 2014 saw Barnes taking the coveted title of GoodHope FM’s Laugh Master, and subsequently performing at the Jive Funny Festival alongside the likes of Trevor Noah, Marc Lottering and Nik Rabinowitz. In the same year he was also nominated for the Comic’s Choice Savannah Newcomer of the Year. Perhaps his best–known performance was on Comedy Central, alongside SA favourites like Casper de Vries and Deep Fried Man, in “Comedy Central Presents Divine”.
